The retreat is three half days in length.    The retreat will be hosted on zoom. We will move through different activities hosted by our Spring Retreat team, including a yoga class.  You will experience different styles, perspectives, and activities throughout the day.

The All-Access pass is $125.00 for three days, two and a  half hours each day, plus two 1:1 coaching sessions.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Cancellations are possible at any time.  Full refunds will be made up to one week before the event.  After that be in direct contact to receive 50% refund of the original  fee.
