Ballet for beginners and the 50+
Ballet Based Movement offers live-streamed classes and YouTube videos. Did you take ballet classes and a child and want to give it a go again or are you looking to build your balance? Instructor Susan gives guidance and Elizabeth, her Mother, demonstrates along side her. The exercises enhance balance and strength, adjust posture and are easy to follow. They start a 2021 beginner's series January 2.
