Ready to step full force into your superpower?
Start by getting to know it.

Think about a time when you were operating from your superpower:

  • What made your superpower come to the forefront, or is it always there?​​

​​

  • What are the traits of your superpower?  I've given you some general information, but what makes your superpower uniquely yours?

​​

  • How do you feel when you use your superpower? Are you energized and upbeat or calm and grounded, or something completely different?​​​​

​​

  • Can you notice any sensations in your body as you recall using your superpower?

​

Now, Consider a time when you were your less than best. 

​

  • What made your shadow side come to the forefront?​​

​​

  • What are the traits of your shadowside?  I've given you some general information, but what are some of your unique less-than-best traits?​​

​​

  • How do you feel when you use your shadowside? Are you calm, or kind, or reserved and withdrawn or something completely different?​​​​

​​

  • Can you notice any sensations in your body as you recall your shadowside in action?

​

Recognizing your patterns and tendencies is the first step in finding your balance in stressful situations.
