THREE MONTHS OF PRIVATE COACHING FOR
WOMEN AT A POINT OF CHANGE

The Reset.

For when you're ready for what's next, but find yourself defaulting to what's familiar.

You know you're ready for a change—or a transition is already underway. But when the way forward is uncertain, it's easy to return to what you know and the ways of responding that have worked before.

The Reset is three months of private coaching to help you move forward from who you are now and what you want for yourself now, rather than automatically returning to what has worked in the past.

When what has worked no longer tells
you what comes next.

Sometimes it sounds like this:

"I know something needs to change—I'm just not sure what or how."

"I built a life I value.  So why do I feel like something needs to change?

“I can't keep doing this the same way—but what actually comes next?”

Some transitions are easy to name.

You may be considering a change at work, approaching retirement, navigating an empty nest, considering what’s next following a relationship change, or ready to move beyond a change you didn’t choose.

Other transitions begin more quietly.

Your life still works in many important ways, but your relationship to it is changing:

What once felt meaningful doesn't quite feel the same anymore.

A role or identity you've carried well feels less like the whole story.

You make small adjustments around the edges and hope they’ll be enough. But the feeling that something needs to change keeps coming back.

You can appreciate the life you've built and still recognize that a part of you is asking for something more, or different.

Give what is changing the space it deserves

By the time you reach this point, you’ve probably thought about it a lot. You may have read, journaled, or talked it through with people you trust. And yet, more thinking isn’t necessarily giving you anything new.

You sense what needs to change, but don't yet trust it enough to take action.

You know what you want, but familiar doubts, expectations, and responsibilities get louder whenever you consider pursuing it.

You need dedicated time to understand what is actually happening before making any big decisions.

The Reset gives you three months to work through those questions with someone who can help you see what is difficult to see from inside your own life.

We look at the whole picture: what has changed, what still matters, what keeps pulling you back toward the familiar, and what you want to do next. Then we work with what gets in the way as you begin moving forward.

What the Reset is designed to help you do.

  • Understand what is changing beneath the surface of the immediate question or situation.

  • Separate what you want from the expectations, roles, and responsibilities that have shaped your choices in the past.

  • Strengthen trust in your own perspective and judgment.

  • Begin bringing responses into your day-to-day that reflect the changes you are making.

  • Distinguish what to preserve, what needs to shift, and what you actually want more of now.

  • Notice old habits in real time when they begin influencing a decision you are making now.

  • Make choices that reflect who you are now, rather than automatically returning to what worked in the past.

Your coaching experience is tailored specifically to your life, circumstances, and goals.  The Reset provides a structure, but the work within it is shaped around what is most relevant for you.

THE PROCESS

Reorient. Clarify. Create.

The Reset moves through three phases.  They give our work a structure without requiring your process to be linear.

 01.

Reorient

Understand where you are right now.

Each session gives you the chance to step back from the demands and expectations of daily life, life long enough to notice what has changed—in you, around you, or both.

From there, we look at what matters to you now, what you’re drawn toward, and where your life may not have caught up with who you’ve become.

02.

Clarify

Distinguish what matters most.

As the larger picture comes into focus, we sort through what you genuinely want and what may be coming from old habits, expectations, or responsibilities.  We also look at the fears, assumptions, and reasons that have influenced your choices before.

There is room for clarity to emerge without demanding an immediate answer.

03.

Create

Shape what comes next.

Clarity becomes meaningful when it begins to shape how you actually live.

We bring what you're discovering into real decisions, conversations, and boundaries, where you can practice responding differently and see what happens.

Not sure whether The Reset is the right fit? Schedule a complimentary 30-minute conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening, the kind of support that may be useful, and whether The Reset feels like the right place to start.

Why three months?

A single conversation can create an important insight. Three months gives you time to work with that insight in real life.  You can try a different response in a real conversation or decision, see what happens, and bring that experience back into coaching. Then you can adjust, practice again, and begin making the new response more natural.

A single conversation can create an important insight. Three months gives you time to do something with it.

“I was at a crossroads, unsure whether I wanted to take the next natural step up the ladder or stay where I was. . .

The relief I felt in choosing my own path rather than following expectations was greater than anything I had experienced with a promotion.

It felt like coming home.”

LINDA RHOADS, PCC

Linda Rhoads, PCC, founder and coach at The Soul Spot.

I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach with 25+ years of leadership experience and training in Whole Person, Wayfinder, and trauma-informed coaching.

I work with women at points of change, helping them understand what is shifting, trust their own perspective, and make choices that reflect who they are now.

The Reset reflects the kind of support I wish I had when I faced major transitions in my own life. Some were obvious life-stage changes. Others were quieter: realizing that what I had spent decades building no longer quite fit who I had become.

The Reset is private, one-to-one coaching with me, offered virtually to clients across North America and Europe.

Outcome and Clarity Session

What is included

The Reset is individualized around what you are navigating and what you want to create.

That's why we start with an Outcome and Clarity Session— to sort through what’s happening, identify what feels most important, and decide where we want to begin.

Ten Private Coaching Sessions

The Reset includes ten private coaching sessions in total: your Outcome and Clarity Session plus nine additional 1:1 sessions.

Those nine sessions can be scheduled at a pace of up to three per month, or spread over as long as five months if a slower pace works better for you.

Personalized Resources

Assessments, reflection prompts, tools, and exercises tailored specifically to your circumstances and goals.

Midpoint Review

A structured pause to look at what has changed, what is working, and whether we need to adjust our focus.

Support Between Sessions

Email & Voice Message support between sessions for questions and reflections as you begin trying things differently in your day-to-day life. Accountability prompts are also available if they are useful to you.

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

You Are Not Locked In.

If at any point you feel the coaching is no longer meeting your needs, you are not locked in.

If at any point The Reset is no longer meeting your needs, you may end the coaching with one session’s notice. You’ll pay for that final session, and I’ll refund any remaining prepaid sessions, less a 6% administrative processing fee.

Shape what comes next from who you are now.

You may already know what you want to change.

You may be facing a life stage or career transition and want to make it your own.

When you’re not sure what comes next, it’s easy to fall back on the way you’ve always done things—even when you know you want to approach this next phase differently.

You may only know that you don’t want to create it in the same way you created what came before.

We'll talk about what is happening, the kind of support that may be useful, and whether The Reset feels like the right place for you to start.
